All items are fully insured against damages during shipping. We strive to keep our shipping costs to a minimum. Depending on your location, shipping costs can range greatly because of the size of the items being shipped to you. On larger items, you will see a request to call or email before ordering for a shipping quote. I do not want to overcharge someone living close to the shipping location and cannot afford to undercharge someone living a long distance from the shipping location, i.e., you live in California and item ships from New York, the price will vary greatly from shipping the same item to Massachusetts.

In addition to custom colors and sizing, several types of custom design processes are offered:
1) Copperfoil Construction-- individual pieces of stained glass cut by hand, wrapped in copperfoil, and soldered together.
2) Sandcarved Designs-- etched into layered glass using special tools for an elegant "engraved look.
3) Fused Images-- high-fired at 1400 degrees in kilns and fused into the glass.
4) Silk Screening-- enables designs to be silk screened directly to the glass and kiln-fired.
